Planning Your Project
It’s time to start planning your managed IT solution. We’ll organise all the necessary resources and develop a strategy to ensure everything stays on track and that every party is on the same page.
IT Handover
We’ll request a documentation handover from the previous IT provider and book in the transition date. All services are transferred such as hosting, DNS, and Microsoft licencing.
Technology Audit and planning
When it’s convenient for you, our team will visit your site to understand your current system specifications and current integrations, including any disaster recovery plans and backup options.
Wrapping things up
We made it! High-fives all-round! Your managed IT solution and cybersecurity solution is complete, but your great service from Otto isn’t. We’ll perform a project review with you to make sure that you’re satisfied with every aspect of your project. Once you’re happy – and only then – will both parties sign off on your project.
Security Onboarding
As an ISO 27001 certified Managed Service Provider (MSP), we’ll then implement the highest standards of data security. Leveraging cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, we’ll fortify your systems against evolving threats, safeguarding your data, customers, and reputation. Our proactive approach ensures continuous monitoring, rapid threat detection, and swift incident response, for your peace of mind.
Support Onboarding
Now we’re ready to onboard you with your dedicated tech support team! During this stage, we’ll develop your support team, introduce the specialists responsible for your operation, set you up on OttoHub, and introduce you to your Account Manager and Team Leader. We’ll also provide any necessary staff training to your employees so you can hit the ground running!
Coming Onboard
Now that you’ve found your perfect fit in Otto IT, we’ll start organising the team you’ll work with. We’ll ensure you know their roles and responsibilities, and we’ll start the process of understanding your current tech setup and streamlining a seamless transfer of your projects from your current team to ours.
