From understanding your business and where you want to take it to the tech challenges you want to overcome; we want to know it all. Take your time but don’t play it cool – the better we know you, the more customised our approach, solutions, and services will be.

Transfer of Responsibility
Once we’ve documented our findings, we’ll set a date for the hand over. This removes any grey areas of who’s responsible for what and allows for a seamless takeover of the day-to-day management of your IT services.
Scoping and Technology Audit
When it’s convenient for you, our team will visit your site to understand your current system specifications and current integrations, including any disaster recovery plans and backup options.
Project hand over
Our team will then take over to continue the rest of your onboarding, guiding you through each step of the hand over process to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.

Now that you’ve found your perfect fit in Otto IT, we’ll start organising the team you’ll work with. We’ll ensure you know their roles and responsibilities, and we’ll start the process of understanding your current tech setup and streamlining a seamless transfer of your projects from your current team to ours.

We’ll assign one of our talented Account Managers as your point of contact to keep communication channels clear. They’ll work with your Team Leader to evaluate your current setup, make valuable suggestions, and provide Quarterly Business Reviews and Cybercrime Training.
Strategic Business Review
Each quarter, we do a more in-depth check-up on how your IT solutions are performing, whether any upcoming changes need to be managed, and anything else related to IT that’s on your mind. Each month our tech team will run a health check on your network, IT security, employee training, and the quality of your office coffee – pretty much everything a business needs to run safely, securely, and successfully. And we’re not kidding about the coffee.

Keeping up to date with all thing’s tech is no easy task when you’re running a business, which is why we provide entertaining and informative roundtables for our clients. Whenever there’s been a development in the tech industry that we reckon you’d be interested in, we’ll send you an invite to a lunch hour event.
