Planning your project
It’s time for you to relax while Otto gets to work on planning your project. We’ll organize all the necessary project resources and develop a project strategy to ensure everything stays on track and every party is on the same page.
Let’s get down to business
Now that all the hardware, software & plans are in place, our team is ready to make your project a success. All you need to do is officially hand over the project to your dedicated Otto engineer, and have a quick chat about the key dates, scope of work and expectations that we’ve all agreed upon.
Weekly progress review
We’ll touch bases with you once a week over a cuppa to catch up and give you an update on how your project is tracking. We’ll compare our current progress against what was agreed upon in the project plan and make sure every goal is being reached.
Wrapping things up
We made it! High-fives all-round! Your project is complete, but your great service from Otto isn’t. We’ll perform a project review with you to make sure that you’re satisfied with every aspect of your project. Once you’re happy – and only then – will both parties sign off on your project.
Live Support – Hypercare
The countdown has begun, and your project is about to go live! This means we’ll implement our hypercare protocols where you get an elevated level of support during roll-out to make sure any issues are smoothed out and dealt with by a dedicated team.
Staff empowerment
Your project is almost ready for implementation! The last stage is to make sure your teams are ready to hit the ground running when the project wraps up. If any training is needed, we’ll take care of it, helping to make the implementation process as quick and easy as possible.
Coming Onboard
Now that you’ve found your perfect fit in Otto IT, we’ll start organising the team you’ll work with. We’ll ensure you know their roles and responsibilities, and we’ll start the process of understanding your current tech setup and streamlining a seamless transfer of your projects from your current team to ours.
