General Manager
Alanna Kane
Alanna is the kind of leader who brings structure to chaos in a way that feels grounded and human. With a background that spans legal practice, IT operations, and executive coaching, she has spent the last decade helping businesses clarify their goals and actually follow through on them. At Otto IT, she serves as General Manager and Integrator, acting as the bridge between vision and execution, and making sure the big ideas don’t just stay on paper.
She is one of the first EOS Integrators in Australia and remains just as passionate about the framework as she was when she first discovered it nearly ten years ago. Through her work as a Fractional Integrator, she has helped business owners and leadership teams implement the EOS model in a way that is practical, sustainable, and empowering. Whether she is guiding a team through their Vision/Traction Organizer, building accountability charts, or helping a founder step out of the weeds, Alanna focuses on creating systems that work and teams that thrive.
Her career path is anything but one-dimensional. Before joining Otto, Alanna held leadership roles across several industries. She managed legal and operational functions at JC Legal Group, led HR and finance initiatives in her previous role at an IT services company, and even oversaw office relocations and internal systems development during her time in the UK. She has worked across HR, operations, finance, and project management, and that breadth of experience shows in how she leads today. She understands the moving parts of a business and knows how to bring them into alignment.
Alanna is based in Melbourne, but her influence reaches far beyond. She is known for her calm, thoughtful approach and her ability to listen deeply before acting. She values accountability and results, but she also understands that people need clarity, support, and space to grow. That balance is something she brings to every conversation, every meeting, and every decision.
Her leadership style is intentional and people-focused. She blends her legal training with operational insight and a coaching mindset, creating a leadership presence that is both strategic and deeply personal. Alanna is someone who helps others find their footing, stay on track, and move forward with confidence.
