Jessica’s career has taken a distinct and refreshing path, blending creativity, structure, and a people-first mindset. From running her own boutique cake business to managing operations and partnerships across diverse industries, she brings valuable versatility to Otto IT.

At Otto, Jessica plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth internal operations and supporting people and culture initiatives. Her thoughtful and highly organised approach fosters an efficient and genuinely supportive workplace, making a clear positive impact on the company culture.

Prior to joining Otto, Jessica spent a decade building Jessicakes into a five-star brand. During this time, she also served five years as president and vice president of the Sydney Road Traders Association board, advocating for local businesses and strengthening the community. More recently, she worked as a DES job coach, guiding individuals through employment pathways and boosting their career confidence.

With a background in education and health sciences, Jessica brings empathy, structure, and purpose to her leadership. She listens attentively, acts with intention, and continually strives to enhance the experience of those around her, consistently making a positive difference by her involvement.
