His journey through Otto has been hands-on from the start. From Senior Systems Engineer to Head of Services and now CSO, Jace has been at the heart of major cloud migrations, infrastructure overhauls, and service delivery transformations. He has helped move entire councils to Azure, led ISO 27001-aligned projects, and implemented Essential Eight maturity projects. He continues to explore how AI can be integrated into real-world IT operations.
What makes Jace stand out isn’t just his technical skillset, although that’s impressive. It’s his ability to lead calmly, solve problems creatively, and keep learning no matter how much he already knows. He is passionate about automation, security, and building systems that just work. He is equally passionate about mentoring the people who make those systems possible.
