Founder and CEO
Milan Rajkovic
Milan’s journey in technology began long before Otto IT came into existence. With over two decades of experience across the IT landscape, he has built a career that blends deep technical knowledge with sharp business acumen. From his early days in hands-on consulting to leading entire organisations, Milan has consistently focused on one thing: making technology work for people in a way that is clear, effective, and sustainable.
As CEO of Otto IT, Milan is responsible for setting the company’s vision and long-term direction. He plays a central role in shaping strategy, guiding innovation, and ensuring that every decision made aligns with the values and goals of the business. His leadership style is grounded in clarity and purpose. He is not interested in overcomplicating things. Instead, he focuses on what matters most — delivering real value to clients and building a team that thrives on collaboration and trust.
Before founding Otto, Milan spent 16 years running his own company, where he helped businesses reduce costs and improve operational efficiency through smart, forward-thinking technology solutions. His work covered everything from cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity to disaster recovery and business continuity planning. That experience gave him a strong foundation in both the technical and human sides of IT.
Milan’s influence extends beyond Otto. He has served on the advisory board for Datto ANZ and currently contributes his expertise as a member of both the Pax8 Advisory Board and the ConnectWise IT Nation APAC Advisory Board. In these roles, he helps shape the future of the managed services industry, offering insights that come from years of real-world experience.
What sets Milan apart is his ability to simplify the complex. He has a practical, no-nonsense approach that makes even the most technical conversations feel accessible. He is always looking for ways to improve how teams work together and how businesses can get more from their technology without getting lost in the jargon.
Outside of work, Milan keeps a low profile. He prefers quiet focus over loud declarations. You are more likely to find him deep in research, exploring new ideas, or planning the next strategic move than seeking the spotlight. That thoughtful, measured approach is part of what makes him such an effective and respected leader.
