This Melbourne-based business was struggling with outdated infrastructure and unreliable IT support. The Problem

When we first met this client, their IT setup was falling behind. Most of their infrastructure was running on old, onsite equipment, and much of it was no longer covered under warranty. Their backup system relied on cassette tapes, which simply didn’t meet the needs of a modern business. On top of that, their IT support was inconsistent and reactive, leaving them vulnerable to outages and inefficiencies.

The Challenges

One of the more subtle challenges was change management. While many staff were quick to adapt, some of the more senior team members were hesitant to embrace the new technology.
