IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a talented and driven IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the first line of support for our clients, providing exceptional IT troubleshooting and technical support. Whether you’re resolving issues remotely or onsite, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ IT systems and keeping them secure.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively via phone, email, and remote tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.

Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.

Offer clear, concise explanations and guidance to clients on technical matters.

Monitor and maintain systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.

Collaborate with the broader team to deliver top-tier IT solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in IT support or a related field.

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
