30/07/21 9:30am – Root cause has been identified as a line card failure within the upstream carrier’s network. No ETR has been provided at this stage.
30/07/21 9:45am – No further update from upstream provider they are continuing to work on the issue
30/07/21 10:00am – Upstream provider continuing to work on the issue. No ETR has been provided at this stage.
30/07/21 10:30am – An engineer has attended site and rebooted the failed card. No changes. A replacement card is in route to site.
30/07/21 11:00am – Replacement card is in route to site. No ETR from upstream provider at this stage.
30/07/21 12:00pm – Issue will be resolved shortly technician and parts onsite repairing
30/07/21 12:30pm – Service Restored
